England joins Scotland and Wales and becomes 'No Smoking in Enclosed Public Places'
From 1st July, 2007 England will join Scotland and Wales in becoming a public 'smoke free' zone.
From the BBC News website: The death of the smoking room.
The Health Act 2006 defines smoke-free premises, vehicles and other smoke free areas. The legislation makes provision for the showing of prominent 'no-smoking' signs and outlines the offence of smoking within a smoke-free place and the fixed penalties incurred.
Ensure that your staff and customers can comfortably comply with the current and forthcoming legislation by providing either small budget priced smoking shelters or four sided smoking shelters for the larger group.
Also on offer are the more substantial fully installed shelters for smokers ideal for pubs, restaurants and theatres. Having a safe and comfortable environement for your customers and staff will be an asset to your business or organisation.
Accessories such as seating, wall mounted ashtrays and floor standing ashbins will ensure that the smoker's environment is more comfortable and appealing with the added advantage of aiding cleaning the area. A backpack mounted, petrol driven, cigarette vacuum cleaner will ensure that the smoking area is cleaned safely and hygenically.
